A Disciplined Life©

At Perspectives, we teach ethics.  Our 26 principles of A Disciplined Life© guide student behavior and performance, helping them to develop self-discipline, perseverance, integrity, and responsibility.  The principles of A Disciplined Life© form the foundation of our Perspectives Charter Schools experience, building a culture of success and addressing each student as a whole person, understanding that character growth and academic progress are interdependent.

Perspectives' staff consistently use the 26 principles of A Disciplined Life© below to teach, redirect and inspire students and one another. In turn, students begin to use this language themselves. Ultimately, our parents and families learn to embody the principles of A Disciplined Life© at home.

For more information about A Disciplined Life© or to learn how this model can be replicated, please email President and Co-Founder Diana Shulla-Cose.
